    Join the West Virginia Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (WVASFAA) for a day dedicated to leadership development, professional growth, collaboration, and connection.

    The 2026 Fall Leadership Summit will bring together financial aid professionals and higher education colleagues from across West Virginia to strengthen leadership skills, exchange ideas, and build relationships with others who share our commitment to helping students succeed. The leadership workshop will be presented by MASFAA President, Dr. Keyimani L. Alford.

    Whether you are an experienced administrator, an emerging leader, or someone looking to become more involved in the profession, we invite you to join us as we continue to Be the Light for our students, our institutions, and one another.

    Summit Registration: $75 - Buy One, Bring One!

    Current WVASFAA membership is required to attend the Fall Leadership Summit.

    WVASFAA is pleased to offer a Buy One, Bring One registration opportunity.

    Register one attendee from your institution or organization and bring one additional colleague at no additional registration cost.

    We encourage institutions to use this opportunity to invite an emerging professional, new colleague, or future leader who would benefit from the Summit experience.

    When using the Buy One, Bring One option, please include the additional attendee's information as requested on the registration form.

    Your Summit registration includes:

    • Full Summit programming
    • Featured three-hour leadership workshop
    • Morning coffee

    • WVASFAA event T-shirt
    • Networking and professional development opportunities

    A special room block has been reserved for attendees of the 2026 WVASFAA Fall Leadership Summit.

    Room Block Deadline: October 8, 2026


    The room block is under the WV Higher Education Policy Commission 


    Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. After the deadline, room availability cannot be guaranteed.

    The hotel offers complimentary on-site parking and shuttle service to and from West Virginia International Yeager Airport.
